I have watched women hit the figure. The exact one. The one they negotiated with themselves for years — *when I get there, I will finally feel like enough.* They get there. The feeling does not come. So they move the number up, quietly, the way you move a finish line you were never really chasing. Because the number was never the point. The number was the alibi.

Worth dressed as a target is still unresolved worth. And no amount of zeroes can resolve it. That is not a flaw in the woman — it is a flaw in the plan.

The market taught me this without sentiment. A position either makes sense or it doesn't. No amount of staring at it changes the thesis. And I learned that the women who trade well — who decide well, who *live* well — are not the ones chasing better numbers. They are the ones who stopped needing the number to tell them who they are. They made the call. They held the standard. They were already decided.
