Information you give us — your name and email when you subscribe; billing details when you buy a membership or programme (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us); and anything you send in a message or form.
Information collected automatically — basic analytics such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
Cookies — small files that keep you logged in to your member account and help us understand how the Site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features (like member login) need them to work.

To send the newsletter and any emails you've asked for.

Data retention

We keep subscriber and member information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.
