These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kittykarveli.com (the "Site") and any newsletter, content, membership or programme offered through it. By using the Site or buying anything from it, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Site
You may read, share links to, and enjoy the content here for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site — no attempting to break its security, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — writing, images, audio, course materials, and the design itself — belongs to Kitty Karveli unless stated otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute substantial portions, or present the work as your own, without written permission.
Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter means you're happy to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
Memberships and programmes
- Billing — paid memberships (such as The Table) renew automatically at the interval you chose, until you cancel. Programmes (such as The Reset) are billed as described on their sales page.
- Cancelling — you can cancel a membership any time from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate partial periods.
- Refunds — memberships are generally non-refundable once a period has begun, except where the law requires otherwise. Programmes carry the specific refund window stated on their page (for example, a full refund if you withdraw after the first live session).
- Access — member and programme content is licensed to you for your own personal use. Please don't share logins or redistribute the materials.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well as ours. We don't store your full card details.
Content is not professional advice
The writing, talks and programmes here are for education and encouragement. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they're no substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. You're responsible for your own decisions.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or their practices; visiting them is at your own discretion.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
